I did absolutely nothing today - just stayed in, watched a bit of television and chilled out. I didn't want to go out in the sun too much to give my sunburn a bit of time to recede too - so that was nice. | |
I called reX to arrange a time to meet him this evening - and surprise surprise - he'd forgotten all about it, and had made plans for a business meeting, so I'll call him in the morning to fix a time up.... gold-fish memory strikes again! | |
Jim got home at about 3.30 and immediately started jumping up and down for me to come out and have a look at his new car in daylight.... I think he fibbed a bit - it's not a Ferrari at all, but a volkswagen. And it's green, not red. I always thought he was colourblind.... | |  |
As we were going out to it, Jim ran to the laundry suite outside the mansion and grabbed a shirt, shouting "you're not going to get a picture of me without a shirt on...." so I did. Almost. | |  |  |
But it does have air-conditioning, a fridge for beer and a sauna in the back. And a small utility room in the glove-compartment. | |
Didn't do a lot in the evening either - just stayed in and chatted with Jason.... but tomorrow's another day! | |
Memo to self - remember to borrow the car when Jim's out.... Rob. | |
