Is is really Wednesday already? blimey.... so little time left....

The day started with me getting up late.... very late - lunchtime infact. Well, I am on holiday.... So after pottering round the house for a couple of hours, I packed a bag and headed into the city - to Casa De reX. I arrived in the middle of reX's show on GayBC radio, so I was dragged in straight away and fitted with a microphone. reX and Gene decided to set me up with a listener.... and sure enough, someone called in and put himself forward. Selected viewers will be invited to the engagement, wedding and divorce ceremonies, so stay tuned....

When the programme finished, reX decided to cook a meal. Despite us hiding, he found both me and Gene, and made us eat it. At gun-point.

Who needs a timer - I have a smoke detector!

After the meal, Gene looked up miracle cures for Salmonella poisoning on the net....

I wonder if 911.com can help....

After the paramedics had left, we sat down to a game of "Sorry" - which I'd never played before, and amazed everyone by coming last. It was a tactical ploy.... next time they'll think I'm hopeless at it and I'll take them all to the cleaners. Hopefully.

After Gene went home, We rounded the evening off watching "Sex and the City" - reX has the whole series on tape - I'd never seen it before, and it was pretty cool. Then after reX had fallen asleep on the couch, I woke him up and we went to bed. In seperate rooms. Perverts.

Thursday morning was spent checking Emails, updating sites and swapping colour swatches for site design principles. It's a crazy old life being a web-cammer.... or something....

reX. Typing.

This update in progress on my laptop.

We went shopping in the afternoon - I wanted to get a full-body leather sleep-sack and a box of matches, and reX needed a new Ford Mondeo and a small tin of peas. Oh, and we stopped off at KFC/Taco Bell and bought lunch. Rex had a standard chicken sandwich with potato wedges, I had a zinger chicken sandwich with potato wedges. Then we went back to Casa De reX and chilled while reX prepared for his show on GayBC Radio. I also picked up a picture which I'd bought on Ebay a couple of months back (some of the money went to the Bay area Young Positives), and my own "ducky" which reX gives to people he sets up.... something to throw during the break-up I guess....

The pic. And the Ducky.

I left shortly before the show, did a bit more shopping (I bought a bag to carry all the shopping from earlier) and headed back to Jims.

The bag. Which I bought.

And JD, Jim's doggy, was pretty confused when I took a pic of the bag on his cage....

JD. Looking confused. Which is quite normal.

Jason, however, seemed very non-plussed by the whole experience - and sat eating whilst watching tv.

Jason. Eating.

Jim was already in bed by the time I got back.... it must be tough working a couple of hours a day and spending the rest of the day having a liquid lunch, but hey - who am I to criticise.... so Jason and me spent the rest of the evening chilling.

only 2 1/2 days left - please don't make me go home....

Rob.
